An Amazon tip!

Not a lot of people know this, Amazon offer a 30 days refund on items that have dropped in price since you bought them. So;

On amazon,

• If you have ordered off Amazon in the past 30 days since the dispatch date.
  
• If the product(s) you purchased has gone down in price since you purchased them.
  

1. Goto amazon.co.uk, click 'view orders placed in the last 6 months' and check whether the price of the item you have bought has reduced.
2. If so, click on Help (top right of Amazon), then under the Contact Us section, click Customer Service.
3. Copy the order reference number, and explain that you would like a refund of the difference in price since you purchased the product.
4. Refund will be how you paid for it, charge back to your credit card or what ever!.
